Location     Bushwhacker Jail Nevada Missouri      Date       January 2008      History                             Built in 1860, the jail consists of a pair of two level cell blocks. The only heat provided by a small coal stove inbetween the cell blocks. The jail was not noted for its comfort. It was the site of escape attempts and even a botched hanging. But only with the female investigators. They described it as feeling as if the male inmates were still there..... and they hadn't had an encounter with a female in a very long time.  It's easy to say the old jail, metal and solid stone, is full of unsettling noises. And footsteps that should not have been there

This evp was collected in the women's holding cell of the jail.  The women's cell is part of the house attached to the jail.  It is on the second floor and there is only one entry/exit.  Below is a picture of melissa sitting on the floor in the women's cell.  As you can see there was a wood floor.  At the time this evp was caught we confirmed that a group of investigators had just left the area and went downstairs.  However, due to the age of the building and no other collaberative evidence we cannot definatively say it is paranorma
