- Members will conduct themselves in a professional
manner.
- Members will not disrespect* any person(s) they
have contact or
communication with by any means or media. (* As commonly defined;
as
interpreted by reasonable person) Furthermore, shall not infringe on
any person(s) rights, as defined by law, and shall not
intentionally slander and/or misrepresent the standards and practices
of another paranormal investigation organization or members.
- Obey all Federal, State, Municipal and County
Ordinances;
including but not limited to, trespassing, property destruction,
littering and/or theft. Violation is immediate grounds from
dismissal
from an investigation and as a member of the Tri County Paranormal
Research Society.
- Shall not use or possess any illegal
substances. Violation is
immediate grounds from dismissal from an investigation and as a member
of the Tri County Paranormal Research Society.
- Shall not use, possess or be under the influence of
any and all
intoxicating substances while acting under the capacity of the Tri
County Paranormal Research Society.
- To personal abilities; provide assistance, knowledge,
referrals and education as needed or requested by any person(s) if
within the guidelines of Tri County Paranormal Research Societies
CODE OF CONDUCT.
- Permission of a property owner or proprietor will be
obtained before any investigation may be conducted.
- Shall fully abide by the PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY
guidelines.
- While participating under the capacity of the Tri
County
Paranormal Research Society, shall take full responsibility for any
damage, accident or injury; and will sign a liability waiver stating
thus.
- Law enforcement with jurisdiction of the investigation
location
will be notified of activities prior to any investigation and will be
notified at the conclusion of the investigation.
- There shall be no guest investigators unless approved
by a Tri County Paranormal Research Society Founder and/or Co Founder.
- Members shall not present themselves, conduct
investigations or
organize activities under the official capacity of Tri County
Paranormal Research Society without prior approval of Tri County
Paranormal Research Societies Founder and/or Co Founder or unless
within the guidelines of the rules and regulations of the Tri County
Paranormal Research Society.
- Members shall never fake, falsify or alter any
material, evidence
and/or data, by any means or media, collected from a paranormal
investigation with the intent to present such as evidence of
paranormal evidence. Violation is immediate grounds from dismissal
from
an investigation and as a member of the Tri County Paranormal Research
Society. Furthermore, investigators are obligated to report any
occurrence of falsified material presented as paranormal evidence
and/or
knowledge of scientific or naturally occurring material believed to be
paranormal evidence.
- By either verbal or written documentation,
investigators will
express their honest opinion, in that they shall not falsify
information for the purpose to mislead or manipulate reasonable
belief.
- While conducting all investigations a participant will
be in the
presence of at least one additional Tri County Paranormal Research
Society active member.
- While in the presence of the general public, guest
participants and/or clients vulgar language shall not be used.
- Tobacco use is forbidden at any investigative site,
during investigative duties.
- The use of non pre-approved, by a Tri County
Paranormal Research Societies Founder and/or Co Founder, equipment
and/or device is forbidden.
- Shall conduct investigations within the guidelines of
the Tri County Paranormal Research Societies investigative
methodology.
- Members shall NEVER request payment, donations or
gifts for
services or information provided as a representative of the Tri County
Paranormal Research Society.
- Any member conduct which places the safety of any
person(s)
and/or property in jeopardy is immediate grounds for dismissal from an
investigation and as a member of the Tri County Paranormal Research
Society.
